LDAP groups cannot be imported or exported. If you export from a group that includes LDAP groups, the LDAP groups will be omitted from the export. Assigning filter policies to a group By default, groups you create are assigned the default filter policies for spam and viruses (there is no default for compliance policies). Follow the steps in the sections below to assign different filter policies to groups. You may first want to create your own filter policies. See "Creating virus, spam, and compliance filter policies" on page 94. Selecting virus policies for a group Virus policies determine what to do with inbound and outbound messages that contain any of six categories of threats.
