Working with Remote Server Logs Using the CLI Commands The following table summarizes the CLI command for working with remote log servers. Table 9-17. Remote Log Server CLI Commands CLI Command logging host {ipv4-address|ipv6address|hostname} [port port-id] [severity level] [facility facility] [description text] no logging host {ipv4address|ipv6-address|hostname} show syslog-servers Description Logs messages to a remote server with this IP address. Use the no form of this command to delete the SYSLOG server with the specified address from the list of SYSLOGs. Displays list of SYSLOG servers.
