These can damage the machine components. - Any data stored in the memory, including received fax documents, will be deleted about 60 minutes after you turn off the main power switch or unplug the power cord. Wipe the machine's exterior with a clean, soft, lint-free cloth dampened with water or diluted dishwashing detergent solution. 3.
