OSM_MULTILINK Messages Chapter 2 Messages and Recovery Procedures OSM_MULTILINK Messages This section contains Optical Services Module distributed multilink (OSM_MULTILINK) messages. OSM_MULTILINK-3 Error Message %OSM_MULTILINK-3-PROCESS_FAIL: Process creation failed for [chars] Explanation The system failed to create a process. The probable cause of this condition is that the system has low memory. Recommended Action Reduce other system activity to ease memory demands. If conditions warrant, upgrade to a larger memory configuration. OSM_MULTILINK-4 Error Message %OSM_MULTILINK-4-BUNDLEERROR: Bundle([chars]) is not disributed Explanation The bundle specified in the error message is not associated with the OSM. Recommended Action Copy the message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log.
