To eliminate this from occurring, remove Module [dec] DFC or replace with a system compatible DFC. Explanation The DFC in the specified slot does not have the same software operating mode as the rest of the system. The DFC will remain powered down and cannot be activated. Recommended Action Enter the show module and show platform earl-mode commands to view the difference between the DFC in the specified slot and the operating mode of the rest of the system.
