ADDITIONAL FEATURES 8.3 CHARTVIEW ChartView is an optional feature resembling the paper version of Jeppesen terminal procedures charts. The charts are displayed in full color with high-resolution. The MFD depiction shows the aircraft position on the moving map in the plan view of approach charts and on airport diagrams. Airport Hot Spots are outlined in magenta. The ChartView database subscription is available from Jeppesen, Inc. Available data includes: • Arrivals (STAR) • Airport Diagrams • Departure Procedures (DP) • NOTAMs • Approaches CHARTVIEW SOFTKEYS ChartView functions are displayed on three levels of softkeys. While on the Navigation Map Page, Nearest Airports Page, or Flight Plan Page, selecting the SHW CHRT Softkey displays the available terminal chart and advances to the chart selection level of softkeys: CHRT OPT, CHRT, INFO-1/2, DP, STAR, APR, WX, NOTAM, and GO BACK. The chart selection softkeys shown below appear on the Airport Information Page. Selecting the GO BACK Softkey reverts to the top level softkeys and previous page. Selecting the CHRT OPT Softkey advances to the next level of softkeys: ALL, HEADER, PLAN, PROFILE, MINIMUMS, FIT WDTH, FULL SCN, and BACK. While viewing the CHRT OPT Softkeys, after 45 seconds of softkey inactivity, the system reverts to the chart selection softkeys.
