[Remedy] Confirm whether the SMTP server supports SSL connection. If the server supports it, check the port number of the SMTP server. If the error still is not resolved, contact Customer Support at dell.com/contactdell. [Cause] SMTP server SSL authentication error. The server certificate is invalid. [Remedy] Use the valid SSL server certificate of the SMTP server. You can avoid this error by setting [SMTP - SSL / TLS Communication] in [SSL / TLS Settings] to [Disabled], however the validity of the server cannot be warranted. [Cause] SMTP server SSL authentication error. It is before the valid period of the server certificate. [Remedy] Use the valid SSL server certificate of the SMTP server.
