Hard Disk Drive Problems To correct hard disk drive problems: 1. If possible, back up the hard disk drive. 2. Ensure the hard disk drive power and data cables are correctly connected as described on page 43. 3. Go to the Boot menu of the Setup program and check that booting from the hard drive has not been disabled and has been detected. See "Boot Menu" on page 82. 4. Refer to your OS documentation for instructions on running system diagnostic tools like scandisk or defrag.

Hard Disk Drive Problems
