The process does not back up or recover data on the hard drive. Some application software might not be restored using this process and must be installed from the appropriate application CD. The Windows 7 operating system can be reinstalled using the HP Recovery Manager
HP Recovery Manager reinstalls the Windows operating system and device drivers (for devices
