Configuring the System Settings Authorized Reception Item Description Authorized Reception Enable this setting to set the machine to receive (or reject) faxes only from the programmed Special Senders. This helps you screen out unwanted documents, such as junk faxes, and prevents the wasting of fax paper. Special Senders can be programmed in the [Special Sender] page. Receive Conditions Specifies whether to receive or reject faxes from the programmed Special Senders. • Special Sender Receive faxes from the Special Senders and reject faxes from all other senders. • Other Than Special Sender Reject faxes from the Special Senders and receive faxes from all other senders. • [Fax Received File Processing] appears only for the Type 2 model. • The information about Tray 2 appears only when it is installed.
