While the phone is charging, if the touch screen does not function due to an unstable power supply, unplug the USB power adapter from the power outlet or unplug the USB cable from the phone. 5. Plug the AC adapter into an electrical outlet and charge your battery. Fully charging a battery may take up to three hours. Note: Your phone's battery should have enough charge for the phone to turn on and find a signal, run the setup application, set up voicemail, and make a call. battery may take up to three hours.

button to turn the phone on.
