Vonage V-Portal User Guide Enter the password in the Password field. The default password is router. So if you have not changed it, enter router. Click on the Go button. You are now logged in to the Web UI of the V-Portal. You will remain logged in to the Web UI until you do one of the following: • Click the button • Remain inactive for a period of 10 minutes • Close your browser window If there is a problem with your Internet connection, you will be redirected to the V-Portal log in page displaying an error message indicating there is a problem. You will be redirected to this page whenever you attempt to access any website and there is a problem with your Internet connection - it does not have to be V-Configure.com. The Web UI of the V-Portal is very simple to use. When you first log in to the Web UI you are at the Home page. The Home page has a lot of valuable information. View the Terms of Service by visiting the Vonage website at www.vonage.com/tos. Pay particular attention to 37 Section 11 which explains limitations on Warranty, Remedy and Liability.
