The questions are arranged by topic. Tips and Troubleshooting The Tips and Troubleshooting section contains helpful information on using and resolving problems with your V-Portal. More information can be found at www.vonage.com/help.php?keyword=VPortal_Tips. Contact Information The Contact Information section provides information on how to reach Vonage's Customer Care Team. In addition is gives you a link to quickly access your Vonage Account and the Online User Manual for the V-Portal. View the Terms of Service by visiting the Vonage website at www.vonage.com/tos. Pay particular attention to 87 Section 11 which explains limitations on Warranty, Remedy and Liability.
