13 Enter System Setup (see "Entering System Setup" on page 81) and select the appropriate Diskette Drive option (for a floppy drive) or a USB option (for a Media Card Reader). 14 Verify that your computer works correctly by running the Dell Diagnostics (see "Dell Diagnostics" on page 107). Removing a Floppy Drive or a Media Card Reader (Desktop Computer) 1 Follow the procedures in "Before You Begin" on page 143. 2 Remove the computer cover (see "Removing the Computer Cover" on page 145). 3 Remove the front panel (see "Removing the Front Panel" on page 154). 4 Disconnect the power and data cables from the back of the floppy drive or Media Card Reader. 5 Disconnect the other end of the floppy-drive cable from the system board connector labeled "FLOPPY" (for a floppy drive) or "USB1" (for a Media Card Reader).
