Server Certificate Setting These settings are displayed when you click [+]. Setting Description Settings Setting Common Name Enter the name of the certificate 64 characters 1 authority. The default value is the IP address of the machine. 2 Organization Enter the organization name of the 64 characters certificate authority. O Organizational Enter the organizational unit of the 64 characters 3 Unit certificate authority. Location Enter the location of the certificate authority. 128 characters 4 Machine management settings State Enter the state of the certificate authority. 128 characters Country Enter the country code of the certificate authority. 2 digits Issue Date Displays the date that the certificate − was issued. Expiration Date Enter the date that the server certificate expires. YYYYMMDD (Where YYYY is a four digit year, MM is a two digit month, and DD is a two digit day) Serial Number Displays the serial number of the − certificate. Import [Import] Imports the server certificate. − File Name Click [Browse] to set the path of the − file name to the server certificate. Password Enter the password used when importing the server certificate. 16 characters Export [Export] Exports the server certificate. − • T he root certificate is exported in the "PKCS#12" format. • I f you are not using SSL communication, you cannot export the certificate. Password Enter the password used when exporting the server certificate. 16 characters 5 Click [Save]. • Click [Back] not to save the settings and return to the "Secure Settings" screen. • Click [Initialize] to restore the default settings. NOTE When you save, initialize or import the setting, the root certificate will be re-created. While re-creating, "Making certificate. Please wait" will be displayed on the web browser.
