Copy In order to create and transmit DocIndex file (metadata file) to a network computer when making copies,configure the following settings. These settings are displayed when you click [+]. Setting Description Settings 1 Setting Set "ON" to enable the DocIndex settings when ON: Enable copying. OFF: Disable Distribution If the DocIndex destination is an FTP server, select Folder 2 Setting "FTP". If the DocIndex destination is a network folder, FTP select "Folder".
