note If you use AOL or another e-mail program that is not supported, you can still scan a page or photo and attach it to an e-mail. Use Scan to Application, as described on page 79. 6. Under File Type, choose a file format for your scanned
images.
The
JPEG standard

images.
If you want to e-mail a document that’s mainly text,
choose

. The
software will automatically perform OCR and convert
the file into editable text. See page 65 for more
information.
Choose
Presto! Wrapper
to have your file open
automatically in a “viewer” when the recipient clicks it
