Power Indicator The Power indicator has two operating conditions: On The printer is receiving power. Off The printer is not receiving power. Ready Indicator The Ready indicator has two operating conditions: On The printer is ready to print. Off The printer is not ready to print. Processing Indicator The Processing indicator has three operating conditions: On The printer is currently processing data. Off There is no data to be processed and no data is buffered in the printer. Blinking The printer has data buffered, but it cannot currently be printed. Online Indicator (Models 101, 1S2, and 4S3) The Online indicator has two operating conditions: On The printer is communicating with the computer. Off The printer is not communicating with the computer. | Format Indicator (Models 201 and 2S2) The Format indicator has two operating conditions: On The Cancel Print, PA1, and PA2 keys are available for use (that is, you can press them in the printer's current state). Off The PA1 and PA2 keys are not currently available. The Cancel Print key is only available when running an Operator Print Test. Use the PA1 and PA2 keys to send special operator requests.
