10. Office Office contains the Document, Sheet, and Presentation viewer applications, which are all compatible with Microsoft Windows. Office also contains a File manager application for file and folder management tasks like moving, copying, and renaming files and folders. You can also send and receive documents as fax, SMS, mail, PC mail, or via infrared. You can open, edit and save documents created with Microsoft Word for Windows versions 95, 97 and 2000. Note that not all features and formatting of the original documents will be supported. Documents made with other versions of Microsoft Word can only be viewed.
