6. Once you've finished adding the desired content to your Video Message, touch Send . Send a Voice Message to Members of a Group 1. From the Home screen, touch MENU ➔ Contacts ➔ 4. Groups. Your existing groups appear in the display. 2. Touch beside the desired group name ➔ New Voice Message. 3. Touch a contact name to select it, or touch Mark All to select all contact names in the list. A check mark will appear beside the contact's number. 4. Record and save your message. The saved recording will be automatically inserted into the message. 5. The New Voice Message header displays. Note: You can mark up to 10 members of a group for message distribution. 6. Touch the following entry fields: • Text: Add text to the Video Message. • Subject: Add a subject to the Video Message. • Name Card: Attach a Name Card or an entry in your Contacts to the message. 7. Speed Dialing Speed dialing allows you to touch and hold a key (or keys) to dial the number associated with those key(s). There are two types of speed dialing; 1-touch, and 2-touch dialing. Note: 1-Touch and 2-Touch, dialing allows you to call numbers stored in your Contact List quicker. Memory location 001 is reserved for voicemail. 1-touch dialing Call phone numbers assigned to memory locations 002 - 009 by touching and holding the any of the 2 - 9 keys. For example, to speed dial the number assigned to location 2, touch to Dialer access the touch keypad, then you must touch and hold 2 abc until the name and number appear in the display and the number is dialed. 61
