Changing display settings during a remote control session You can change display settings or temporarily lock the keyboard and mouse on the host computer during a session. Video quality and ColorScale options affect product performance, image resolution, and color depth. For high-bandwidth connections, you can adjust the video quality to increase performance. For low-bandwidth connections, you can adjust the color levels to increase performance. If a sharper display is more important to you than color, use the 4 colors setting. This setting changes the color to gray scale, but provides sharper resolution. These changes only affect the current session.
