Symantec pcAnywhere does not support remote management connections to a host computer that uses a blank password. When you select a remote management task in pcAnywhere, you are prompted for pcAnywhere caller logon credentials. Once these credentials are validated, you might be prompted for computer or network logon credentials, depending on the computing environment of the host computer. Ways to start a remote management session Remote management connections are supported over network and modem connections. You must be in a session to access most tools.
