Chapter 3 Main Panel Window Component Lock Click [Component Lock] in the [Tools] menu to display the Component Lock dialog.] NOTE Does not apply to SP2060 units Names and Functions The component/user module names included in the DME will be displayed. AD and Slot will also be displayed. When the checkbox to the left of the component name is checked, the component is locked so that it is not possible to change parameters from a PM5D or other external device controlling the DME unit via the RS-422 interface. While the component is locked it is still possible to control the internal DME head amps via the Internal HA Control function. The lock settings will be transferred to the DME when the unit is placed on-line. The settings can only be changed while off-line. NOTE If user module security is enabled the components will not be displayed. Components displayed by the User Module Editor will be displayed. NOTE Only users who's [Edit] box is checked can edit the lock status. [Select All] Button Checks all component checkboxes. [Clear All] Button Clears all component checkboxes. [OK] Button Enters the settings and closes the dialog box. [Cancel] Button Closes the dialog box without entering the settings. 150 DME Designer Owner's Manual
