ftp-server username Create a user name and associated password for incoming FTP server sessions. Syntax ftp-server username username password [encryption-type] password Parameters username password password encryption-type Enter a text string up to 40 characters long as the user name. Enter the keyword password followed by a string up to 40 characters long as the password. Without specifying an encryption type, the password is unencrypted. (OPTIONAL) After the keyword password enter one of the following numbers: • 0 (zero) for an unecrypted (clear text) password • 7 (seven) for hidden text password. Defaults Not enabled.
