Restricted Access Procedure Item Description Reference Registering ID-codes To enable Restricted Access, it is necessary Advanced Operation to register ID-codes in this fax in advance. Guide for your machine Turning Restricted Access To use Restricted Access for the Advanced Operation ON/OFF management of fax functions, turn this setting Guide for your machine ON. Setting the Fax Transmission Limit Sets the maximum number of documents that Advanced Operation each department can transmit. This setting Guide for your machine can also be made so that there is no restrictions on the number of documents transmitted, or so that documents can not be sent at all. Checking Checks the number of documents that have Advanced Operation Transmission/Copy Counts been transmitted under an individual ID-code Guide for your machine or by all ID-codes overall. Clearing the Count for All Departments Clears the count for total number of documents that have been transmitted. All copy counts will be cleared as well.
