Managing Information About Your Fax Communications Checking the Result of Each Communication (Communication Result Display) You can use the message display to check certain information regarding the 50 most recent fax transmissions and/or receptions. The communication result display lets you check the document number, date and time, destination name, number of pages, type of communication and the result of your communication. NOTE: Even when restricted access is turned ON, you can display the results of the last 50 transmissions and 50 receptions regardless of whether an access code is entered or not. Checking the Result of Transmissions Information for up to 50 of the most recent fax transmissions can be checked in the message display. Information for Broadcast Transmissions and F-code Transmissions which have been performed using Network FAX functions will also appear in the Transmission Result Display. NOTE: If you want to cancel the procedure part way through, press the Reset key. The touch panel will return to the initial mode settings. 1 Press the [Application] key. The Application screen will appear. Ready for fax transmission. Place the original & assign destination. Dest Memory OCT-11 2 Press the [TX result on LCD] ([Tx report on display]) key.The most recent transmissions will be displayed in a list. 3 If 5 or more transmissions have taken place, press the [S] cursor key or the [T] cursor key to scroll up and down through those transmissions. To verify even more detailed information for a particular transmission, select the desired transmission and press the [Details] key. 4 Pressing the [S] cursor key will display the next previous transmission and pressing the [T] cursor key will change the display back towards the most recent transmission.
