If the scan is not successful a red X icon appears on the left side of the row that you just scanned, indicating that the scan was not successful and that you should re-scan that row. c. Repeat the above steps for all the rows in the color chart, making sure to scan each row in the order in which they are numbered. When all of the rows have been successfully scanned, a check mark appears on the left side of each row. A message appears indicating that the measurements are completed. 15. Click OK, and then click Next. The Generate Report window appears.
