Description Use reset stp to clear the MSTP statistics. The MSTP statistics include the numbers of TCN BPDUs, configuration BPDUs, RST BPDUs and MST BPDUs sent/received through the specified ports. The STP BPDUs and TCN BPDUs are counted only for the CIST. If you specify the interface-list argument, the reset stp command clears the spanning tree-related statistics on the specified ports. Without the argument, the reset stp command clears the spanning tree-related statistics on all ports. Related commands: display stp. Description Use revision-level to configure the MSTP revision level. Use undo revision-level to restore the default MSTP revision level. By default, the MSTP revision level is 0. The MSTP revision level, the MST region name, and the VLAN-to-instance mapping table of a device determine the device's MST region. When the MST region name and VLAN-to-instance mapping table are both the same for two MST regions, they can still be differentiated by their MSTP revision levels. After configuring this command, run the active region-configuration command to activate the configured MST region level. Parameters
level
: Specifies an MSTP revision level, in the range of 0 to 65535.
Description
Use
revision-level
to configure the MSTP revision level.
Use
undo revision-level
to restore the default MSTP revision level.
By default, the MSTP revision level is 0.
The MSTP revision level, the MST region name, and the VLAN-to-instance mapping table of a device
determine the device's MST region. When the MST region name and VLAN-to-instance mapping table
are both the same for two MST regions, they can still be differentiated by their MSTP revision levels.
After configuring this command, run the
active region-configuration
command to activate the configured
MST region level.
