Fabric OS Commands setSplbMode Enable or disable two port loopback. Synopsis: V3.1.x setSplbMode [mode] Synopsis: V4.1.x setSplbMode [mode | -show] Availability Admin Release V3.1.x and V4.1.x Description Use this command to enable or disable SPLB mode. The mode is saved in non-volatile memory and stays in that mode until the next execution of setSplbMode. The mode becomes active as soon as this command is executed. It does not require a reboot to take effect. The SPLB mode, when enabled, forces the spinSilk command to disable two port loopback for M->M connected ports. This may be useful to isolate internal switch problems from SFP problems since the internal paths are used much less with SPLB mode enabled.
