Ensure that the Remote Access Controller is properly installed (see "Installing a RAC Card" on page 103). Error 8602 Auxiliary Device Failure Verify that mouse and keyboard are securely attached to correct connectors. The mouse cable connector is loose or improperly connected, or the mouse is defective. Ensure that the mouse cable is properly connected to the system. If the problem persists, try another mouse. Fatal Error caused a system reset: Please check the system event log for details A fatal system error occurred and caused the system to reboot. Check the SEL for information that was logged during the error. See the applicable troubleshooting section in "Troubleshooting Your System" on page 133 for any faulty components specified in the SEL.
