Server Cabling Internal Tape Drives The server provides support for up to two internal tape drives including DAT, DLT, or the Universal Hot-Plug Tape Drive. Internal devices installed in the removable media cage are cabled directly to SCSI port 2 on the system board with a three-device terminated cable. Figure 6-4 shows standard cable routing from the removable media cage to the system board with the CD-ROM drive installed.
