Installing Hardware Options b. Insert the processor assembly into the processor socket (1). c. Close the processor locking lever while pressing down on the heatsink(2). CAUTION: To prevent possible server malfunction or damage to the equipment, be sure to completely close the processor locking lever. IMPORTANT: If the processor locking lever is not secured, the processor retaining bracket does not close properly.
