Correcting the Faults • Disable the suspect component If a failed component is detected and HP tools are going to be used to inspect the server while it is offline, be sure to properly disable the server node form the array using the Marathon Manager. • Replace the Hardware After all online and offline means of gathering data and testing have been exhausted, then by now a failed component or NetServer should be identified. Replace the failed component with the same component only and configure the replacement hardware exactly like its predecessor. Correcting the Faults
Disable the suspect component
If a failed component is detected and HP tools are going to be
