Using an HD camera Recording overwrite You can choose whether recorded camera images are erased automatically by new images when the camera's SD card is full. 1 View live images from the desired camera. 2 Open the options menu (see "Displaying the options menu", Page 111). 3 Tap [Settings] ® [Video Settings]. 4 Slide the [Overwrite Recordings] switch to the desired position. Talk mode You can select the desired talk mode. 1 View live images from the desired camera. 2 Open the options menu (see "Displaying the options menu", Page 111). 3 Tap [Settings] ® [Video Settings]. 4 Tap [Talk Mode]. 5 Select the desired setting and then tap [OK]. - [Push to Talk Mode]: You can turn the talk feature on by tapping and holding [Talk]. The talk feature is turned off when you release your finger. - [Half Duplex Mode]: You can turn the talk feature on and off by tapping [Talk]. Recording sound Important: R This feature may not be available in certain regions. R When this switch is turned off, audio is not recorded when recording camera images. Night vision mode If there is not adequate light to illuminate the subject, such as at night, the camera can be configured to switch to night vision mode and turn on infrared LEDs. You can select whether night vision mode is enabled or disabled. 1 View live images from the desired camera. 2 Open the options menu (see "Displaying the options menu", Page 111). 3 Tap [Settings] ® [Video Settings]. 4 Slide the [Night Vision LED] switch to the desired position. - When this switch is turned on, night vision mode is enabled and lights infrared LEDs so that images can be seen in the dark. - When this switch is turned off, night vision mode is disabled and the infrared LEDs are turned off. 126
