Note Control Panel Differences with PostScript As explained in Chapter 3, "Using the Printer Control Panel," pressing [Menu] provides access to menus, one after another. Most menus and items apply to all installed personalities. Only those that specifically apply to PostScript are described in this chapter. The Menu Map in Chapter 3 lists the placement of the PostScript options in the control panel system of menus (see the shaded entries). To select a menu item: 1 Press [Menu] repeatedly until the menu you want appears. 2 Press [Item] repeatedly until the item you want appears. 3 Press - Value + until the setting you want appears. 4 Press [Select] to save your selection. An asterisk (*) appears next to your selection in the display, indicating that it is now the default. 5 Press [Go] to exit the menus. Control Panel Differences with PostScript
As explained in Chapter 3, “Using the Printer Control Panel,” pressing
[Menu]
provides access to menus, one after another.
Most menus and
items apply to all installed personalities.
Only those that specifically
apply to PostScript are described in this chapter.
