s Menu Bar The menu bar contains the commands that enable you to perform the various Desktop Manager tasks. Many of the commands can also be accessed using their corresponding button on the toolbar. Some of the menu commands are also available on shortcut menus, which are displayed by clicking the right mouse button in the Desktop Manager window. s Document Toolbar The Document toolbar provides quick access for performing manipulation tasks with a selected document. In circumstances where a task is not possible, the toolbar button is unavailable, appearing dimmed.
