Network FAX Settings (Option) Making the Initial Settings on the Fax Machine Turning Network FAX Reception ON/OFF Turn this setting ON in order to perform Network FAX Reception. You can also select whether to have received documents printed out automatically or not. Note If you want to cancel the procedure part way through, press the Reset key. The touch panel will return to the initial mode settings. 1 Press the System Menu key. 2 Press the T key to select Fax Default. NW-FAX RX On (Local Print ON) The asterisk (*) in the message display indicates the *On (Local print OFF) current setting. Off Selecting On(Local Print ON) will cause incoming faxes to be automatically printed out, while selecting On(Local print OFF) will save incoming fax data into a selected folder without printing them out. 7 Press the Enter key.
