ENGLISH The Camera: Advanced Techniques ESPAÑOL Cámara: Técnicas avanzadas SCENE Modes - Preset Auto Exposure Modes ✤ Preset SCENE modes are provided to assist the user in taking pictures under various lighting conditions. ✤ The SCENE modes direct the camera to automatically adjust the aperture, shutter speed and white balance according to the lighting conditions and preset settings. The available SCENE modes are: Modos de SCENE : Modos predefinidos de exposición automática ✤ Los modos de SCENE predefinidas se facilitan como una ayuda para el usuario a la hora de tomar imágenes en condiciones de luz diversas. ✤ Los modos de SCENE hacen que la cámara ajusta automáticamente la apertura, la velocidad del obturador y el balance de blanco según las condiciones de luz conforme a los ajustes predefinidos. Los modos de SCENE disponibles son: NIGHT CHILDREN CLOSE - UP DAWN FIREWORKS PORTRAIT LANDSCAPE SUNSET BACKLIGHT BEACH&SNOW NIGHT CHILDREN CLOSE - UP DAWN FIREWORK PORTRAIT LANDSCAPE SUNSET BACKLIGHT BEACH&SNOW 1. Turn your camera on by setting the Power Switch to (CAMERA) mode. 2. Turn the Mode Dial to set to SCENE mode. I The SCENE mode indicator appears on the LCD monitor. 3. Press the MENU button. I The top menu including (SCENE) is displayed. 4. Press the LEFT or RIGHT button to select (SCENE), then press the DOWN button. I The available options are displayed. 5. Select an option by pressing the DOWN or UP button, then press the OK or MENU button. I The selected option is applied and corresponding indicator appears on the LCD monitor. Note SCENE SCENE NIGHT PORTRAIT CHILDREN LANDSCAPE CLOSE-UP ✤ In the (NIGHT) SCENE mode, pressing the Navigation Wheel shows LT (Long Time) settings menu. You can adjust Shutter Speed and Aperture Value for still images using LEFT or RIGHT button. I Shutter Speed Range: AUTO, 1/2,000 ~ 15S I Aperture Range: AUTO, F2.8 ~ F11 (depending on zoom position) 1. Encienda la cámara colocando el interruptor de encendido en el Modo (CÁMARA). SET 2. Gire el Dial de modo hasta fijar el Modo SCENE . I Aparece el indicador del Modo SCENE en el monitor LCD. 3. Pulse el botón MENU. I Aparece el menú superior que incluye (ESCENA). 4. Pulse los botones IZQUIERDA o DERECHA para seleccionar (ESCENA) y, a continuación, pulse el botón ABAJO. I Aparece una lista con las opciones disponibles. 5. Seleccione una opción pulsando el botón ARRIBA o ABAJO y pulse el botón OK o MENU. I Se aplica la opción seleccionada y aparece en el monitor LCD el indicador correspondiente. Nota ✤ En el modo de SCENE (NOCTURNA), si se pulsa la rueda de navegación se muestra el menú de ajustes de LT (Larga duración). Puede ajustar la velocidad del obturador y el valor de apertura de las fotografías utilizando el botón IZQUIERDA o DERECHA. I El rango de velocidad del obturador es: AUTO, 1/2,000 ~ 15S I Rango de apertura: AUTO, F2.8 ~ F11 (dependiendo de la posición del zoom) 117
