72 3 System management tools You can create additional shared folders and delete them at any time. For both shared folders and external disks, you can change which users can access them and what they can do with the subfolders and files there. To create a shared folder, refer to "Managing shared folders" on page 143. The command options on the Shared Folders page allow you to: • Add - Create a shared folder and allocate folder storage space. • Expand - Increase the shared folder size. • Remove - Delete a shared folder and release the associated disk.
