❍ Orientation Select the orientation you want. Portrait prints your document upright while Landscape prints it sideways. ❍ Photocopy Reduction Use this selection only when a value less than 100% is entered in the Reduce/Enlarge field. With Photocopy Reduction checked, your document will print in the center of the page, as shown in the following examples. NORMAL (100%) 50% REDUCTION WITH PHOTOCOPY REDUCTION 50% REDUCTION WITHOUT PHOTOCOPY REDUCTION Printing ❍ Fractional Widths This feature provides for better compatibility with older applications by helping your Macintosh® determine the proper spacing between words. When Fractional Widths is checked, it forces the use of fractional character widths, even if your application does not support this feature. If your application already uses fractional widths, it overrides the driver setting. It's a good idea to leave Fractional Widths on at all times. Chapter 2 Printing With the MultiPASS C635 2-7
