Preferences Use the Preferences dialog box to select which Toolbox messages appear. You can specify whether you want to be notified by an audio alert when an error occurs, as well as the types of error messages you want to see, such as those messages about media and hardware. Information Use the Information tab to register the printer and gain access to help information for using the printer, troubleshooting, and contacting HP support. If the printer is connected to a network, you can also gain access to myPrintMileage and hp instant support, and you can display printer hardware and ink cartridge health information. You can also display the embedded Web server by clicking Launch.
