Appendix SD Memory Cards Issue I cannot record to the SD memory card. Possible Cause & Solution • The SD memory card is not compatible with the KX-NT400. → Make sure that you are using a compatible SD memory card. (SDHC, miniSDHC, and microSDHC Memory Cards are not compatible with the KX-NT400.) • The SD memory card is not formatted or was not formatted properly. → Format SD memory cards before the first use. • The SD memory card was not inserted properly. → Make sure that the SD memory card is inserted properly by gently pushing it securely but gently toward the back of the SD memory card slot.
