Troubleshooting 4 Remove the jammed paper. If the paper tears, remove every loose scrap from inside the machine. 5 Open the Conveyor Guide (A3) and remove the jammed paper. A3 6 Close the Conveyor Guide (A3). 7 Open the fuser cover. CAUTION The fixing unit is extremely hot.
