To adapt the system for voice: 1. Highlight and press Tools > Voice Service. > Settings/Tools > 2. Press Settings (right softkey) > Adaptation > Adapt Voice. 3. Press Start (left softkey), wait for the beep, and then repeat the words, commands and digits using a normal tone of voice. Ⅲ If the recording is not acceptable, the phone will prompt you to repeat the phrase. 4. When you are finished with a full session, you will reach a screen that reads "Adapting..." Note It is recommended that you perform the complete adaptation of Digit Dial at least once to achieve the maximum benefit of this feature. If a partial adaptation is performed, you should repeat the process from the beginning. To reset the adaptation: 1. Highlight and press Tools > Voice Service. > Settings/Tools > 2. Press Settings (right softkey) > Adaptation > Reset Voice > Yes (left softkey). Note Reset Voice is available only after the phone has undergone an adaptation session. To change the ASR mode: 1. Highlight and press Tools > Voice Service. > Settings/Tools > 2. Press Settings (right softkey) > Audio Modes and select an option: Ⅲ Expert Mode to sound a beep only.
