Voice Services Managing Voice Memos Use your phone's Voice Services to record brief memos to remind you of important events, phone numbers, or grocery list items. Recording Voice Memos To record a voice memo from the main menu: 1. Highlight and press > Settings/Tools > Tools > Voice Memo > Record. 2. Begin recording after the prompt. To pause/resume the recording of your memo: ᮣ To pause the recording, press Pause (left softkey). To resume the recording, press Resume (left softkey). To end the recording of your memo: ᮣ Press or Finish (right softkey). To record a one-minute memo during a phone call: ᮣ During a call, press Options (right softkey) > Voice Memo. (A one-minute counter [ ] displays, indicating the recording time.) Note Only incoming audio is recorded when Voice Memo is selected during a call. Please make sure to secure permission prior to recording the other party's voice during a call. To pause/resume the recording of your conversation: ᮣ To pause the recording, press Pause (left softkey). To resume the recording, press Resume (left softkey). To end the recording of your conversation: ᮣ To finish recording, press Finish (right softkey). Note A total of 10 one-minute memos can be recorded and saved. Section 2G. Voice Services 97
