Tip Calculator Updating Phone Software 1. Highlight and press Tools > Tip Calculator > Settings/Tools > 2. Use your keyboard and navigation key to enter the bill amount and tip percentage. (The application instantly calculates the correct tip.) 3. If you're splitting the check, highlight # Paying and enter the number of people in your party. (The application calculates and displays an equal split.) World Time To view the time in over 30 different locations: 1. Highlight and press Tools > World Time. > Settings/Tools > 2. Press the navigation key left or right to scroll through different cities and time zones. 3. Press Set DST (left softkey) to turn daylight saving time on or off. The update phone option allows you to download and update the software in your phone automatically. Only the internal software is updated; no Contacts entries or other information saved to your phone will be deleted. 1. Highlight and press > Settings/Tools > Tools > Update Phone > Update Firmware. 2. Follow the onscreen instructions. (Your phone automatically downloads and installs any available updates. You may be required to power your phone off and back on to complete the upgrade.) Updating the PRL This option allows you to download and update the PRL (preferred roaming list) automatically. 1.
