Service Features Note Voicemail Password If you are concerned about unauthorized access to your voicemail account, Boost recommends that you enable your voicemail passcode. (Do not activate One-Touch Message Access.) Voicemail Notification There are several ways your phone alerts you to a new message: ⅷ By displaying a message on the screen. Ⅲ Press Listen (left softkey) to hear the voicemail messages. Ⅲ Press Dismiss (right softkey) to ignore onscreen notification and return to the One Click screen. ⅷ By sounding the assigned ringtone type. ⅷ By the LED blinking red. ⅷ By displaying at the top of your screen. New Voicemail Message Alerts When you receive a new voice message, your phone alerts you and prompts you to call your voicemail. To call your voicemail: ᮣ Press and hold . To display your Missed Log: ᮣ Highlight and press > Missed Alerts. Note Your phone accepts messages even when it is turned off. However, you are notified of new messages only when your phone is turned on. Retrieving Your Voicemail Messages You can review your messages directly from your wireless phone or from any other touch-tone phone.
