Button (Clear) (Help) CANCEL JOB PAUSE/RESUME NUMERIC KEYPAD Function Returns a numeric entry to its previous value. Provides information about the message that is currently showing. Cancels the current print job in process. The time it takes to cancel the job depends on the size of the print job. (Press the button only once.) Returns the printer to the ready state (or to printing) from the menus or the online help. Toggles between PAUSE and RESUME. Can be used to type numeric values or use menu shortcuts (see "Useful control panel shortcuts" on page 64). 2 Printer basics 61
