Chapter 6 MtcDsl Messages IOPn.MtcDsl status: An invalid DSL packet ID was encountered (offendingValue). Severity Error Description This message is generated when an unknown packet ID is encountered. Data traffic between IOPs and CEs is in packet format. A packet descriptor goes through multiple levels of checking while in transit between HP NetServer AA server elements. A packet descriptor was corrupted after it was received by a particular IOP. Hardware/Software This message indicates an HP NetServer AA server software error or an intermittent IOP hardware failure. Action • Reboot the IOP and allow it to rejoin the HP NetServer AA server.
