Chapter 13 MtcMon Messages IOPx.MtcMon status: Differences with IOPx's product features were detected during IOP initialization. Variables x - the ID of the remote IOP Severity Error Description The product features are not the same for the two IOPs. The product features were specified during the Endurance installation procedure and are determined from the Endurance license number. IOP joining will not be allowed until this license difference is resolved. One or both IOPs may be set to the faulted state as a result of this condition. Hardware/Software This message is generated as a result of a software configuration error. Action • Using the Endurance installation utility, determine which IOP is configured with the correct license number. • On the other IOP, reinstall the Endurance software, specifying the same license number. • Enable the IOP. • Reboot the IOP and allow it to join the Endurance configuration.
